Regularly engage with residents in a pro-social manner. Contribute towards protecting residents, e.g. monitoring in line with risk assessments.Monitor the behaviour of high-risk residents and motivate residents to ensure compliance. Respond appropriately to abusive or aggressive behaviour.Ensure that the AP is locked and secure during the curfew period. Confirm the presence and wellbeing of all residents overnight. Ensure responsive tests are carried out when carrying out Curfew and Wellbeing Checks to ensure residents are well.Facilitate as a firstemergency point of contact for hoursEscalate to the standby Manager any matters of concern to ensure the enforcement and compliance with court orders, licenses, and AP rules.Undertake First Aid if a resident is injured or self-harms.Officer specificationsStrong verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to communicate effectively with various individuals.Able to work on your initiative and within a team environmentAble to demonstrate attention to detail and adherence to standardsUnderstanding of and commitment to equality and diversityComputer literateSuccessful and high-calibre individuals will be offered a competitive wage, guaranteed hours, extensive onsite training, and other benefits.
