Description Overview

EarnFlex Ltd., a leading provider of flexible workspace solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer (DS + CCTV) to join our team in Brislington, Bristol. Reporting to the Site Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to security incidents promptly and effectively
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both internally and externally
• Operate and maintain CCTV systems, including reviewing and analyzing footage
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Report and investigate security breaches and suspicious activities
• Provide assistance to employees, visitors, and contractors
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained security control room
• Work closely with other security personnel, including local law enforcement

Qualifications

• SIA Security Guarding Level 2 or equivalent qualification
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of security best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and ability to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays
• CCTV monitoring experience preferred
• Experience in a corporate security environment a plus
