Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team in Cirencester. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment at our workplace located at Tetbury Rd, Cirencester GL7 1FP.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the premises, including checking identification and issuing visitors' passes
• Conduct regular patrols to identify and respond to potential security threats
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Investigate and resolve security incidents, including theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry
• Use surveillance equipment to monitor activities and detect suspicious behavior
• Maintain and update security logs and reports
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed
• Provide a courteous and professional demeanor while interacting with employees, visitors, and members of the public

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar setting
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong physical fitness and ability to work flexible hours
• Proficiency in using surveillance equipment, including CCTV cameras and access control systems
• Valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) license or willingness to obtain one
• Clean criminal record
