Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated and experienced security officer to join our team in Inverness. The ideal applicant will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities and workers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol designated locations to maintain security and order.
• Enforce company policies and procedures on access control, security measures, and emergency response.
• Conduct security checks, such as luggage inspections and ID verification.
• Respond to alarms, problems, and crises quickly and effectively.
• Report any suspicious activity, security breach, or potential threats.
• Maintain open communication with other security professionals and law enforcement when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable security legislation and standards.
• Maintain accurate and current security records.
   

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in security
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrates strong observation and attention to detail, as well as the ability to operate independently and collaboratively. Proficient in security equipment and technology.
• Physically fit, capable of responding to emergencies.
• SIA Licence (preferred)
