Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team at our Kilmarnock site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the premises
• Conduct security patrols and inspections
• Respond to emergencies, including fire, medical, and security incidents
• Maintain a detailed incident log and report any suspicious activities
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Provide courteous and professional customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the security field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Strong physical presence and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or equivalent certification
• First Aid certificate desirable
