Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the premises to deter and prevent unauthorized access
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
• Enforce company policies and procedures related to security
• Conduct regular security checks and inspections
• Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities
• Report any suspicious activity or security breaches to management
• Assist in the implementation and enforcement of fire safety procedures
• Provide customer service and support to visitors and employees
• Work effectively as part of a team and maintain a professional demeanor

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar role
• Strong understanding of security principles, protocols, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology
• Physical fitness and ability to work in a demanding environment
• Valid SIA license or ability to obtain one
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred
