EarnFlex Ltd., a leading provider of payroll solutions, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team at our Knebworth location (Post Code: SG1 2AX). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our workplace and staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the premises, both inside and out
• Control access to restricted areas
• Conduct regular security inspections and report any suspicious activities
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of security procedures and protocols
• Document and report all incidents and observations
• Assist in the evacuation of employees in case of emergencies
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Maintain a professional demeanor and interact positively with employees, visitors, and contractors

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Security Guard License (SIA) or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar setting
• Strong physical fitness and situational awareness
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proficient in using surveillance equipment and alarm systems
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
• Willing to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
