EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team at our Lambley site (NG4 4PU). The ideal candidate will be responsible for protecting assets, enforcing policies, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent unauthorized entry, theft, or vandalism
• Enforce company policies and procedures, including access control and parking regulations
• Respond to alarms, security breaches, and other emergencies
• Conduct foot patrols, inspect facilities, and investigate suspicious activity
• Document incidents, write reports, and communicate with law enforcement as needed
• Maintain security equipment and systems, including cameras, alarms, and access controls
• Ensure fire safety and prevent accidents by monitoring equipment and conducting drills
• Provide customer service and assist visitors as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology
• Physical fitness and ability to perform patrols and respond to emergencies
• Clean criminal record
