Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team at our Poole location (BH11 8NX). Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and assets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas, both inside and outside the building
• Respond to alarms and security breaches in a timely and effective manner
• Conduct door access control and enforce security protocols
• Investigate suspicious activities and gather evidence
• Report potential hazards and security concerns to management
• Maintain security camera systems and other electronic surveillance equipment
• Provide assistance to employees and visitors in case of emergencies
• Keep detailed logs of all security-related activities

Qualifications

• SIA-accredited Security Operative license (Level 2 or above)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and awareness
