EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team at our workplace in Sudbrooke, Lincoln, UK. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and conduct regular patrols of the premises
• Enforce company policies and procedures, including access control and visitor management
• Investigate incidents, report observations, and prepare incident reports
• Respond to alarms and emergency situations promptly and effectively
• Protect property and assets from theft, damage, or unauthorized access
• Maintain order and deter unruly individuals
• Liaise with law enforcement and external security providers as necessary
• Participate in training and professional development programs

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Security Officer with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills
• Strong ability to communicate and report clearly and effectively
• Physical fitness and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of security systems and best practices
• Current SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or the ability to obtain one within the allotted time frame
• First Aid certification
