OverviewEarnFlex Ltd is seeking a highly vigilant and professional Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our premises and personnel in Wellington, Telford. This is an on-site, full-time position reporting to the Security Manager.ResponsibilitiesMonitor security cameras, access control systems, and other surveillance equipmentConduct security patrols on foot or by vehicle, inspecting the perimeter, building interiors, and sensitive areasRespond promptly to security breaches, emergencies, and alarmsEnforce security regulations and company policies, including access controlProvide information and assistance to employees, visitors, and customersConduct security checks, including bag searches and ID verificationMaintain accurate records of security incidents, patrols, and any suspicious activitiesCollaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as necessaryQualificationsSIA Licence or the ability to obtain one within the probationary periodStrong physical fitness and a keen eye for detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain alert and focused during extended duty hoursExperience in a similar security role or in law enforcementKnowledge of security best practices and emergency proceduresJob Location:Wellington, Telford TF1 1AF, UKJob Type:Full-time
