EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team in Tuam, Co. Galway, Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the security and safety of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas, ensuring the protection of property and individuals
• Enforce security protocols, including access control, surveillance, and emergency response
• Conduct thorough inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential threats or vulnerabilities
• Report security incidents, suspicious activities, and breaches of regulations to management
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches
• Assist law enforcement and emergency personnel as required
• Prepare and maintain security logs and reports
• Undergo regular training to enhance security knowledge and skills
• Comply with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer in a related industry
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong physical condition and ability to handle physically demanding tasks
• Valid driver's license (Irish or EU equivalent)
• Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology
• Knowledge of security regulations and best practices
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
