Description Overview:
Royal Corp Security seeks a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker (Old Home) to provide exceptional care and support to elderly residents. The successful candidate will work closely with the care team to ensure the well-being of our valued residents.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the nurse
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Respect the privacy and dignity of residents
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in elder care or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift and assist residents
- First Aid certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of dementia care (preferred)
