Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and users of EarnFlex products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to our platform and applications
• Conduct thorough testing and analysis to identify and address software bugs and performance issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless technical support and product development
• Train and mentor new members of the technical support team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a technical support role within the financial technology industry
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Proficient in using various software testing tools and methodologies
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with Agile development methodologies a plus
