EarnFlex Ltd is recruiting a professional and confident Female Security Officer for a Probation Office in Ashington, UK. This is a full-time role offering £14.24 per hour for experienced SIA-licensed professionals who are confident working in a probation environment and managing challenging situations.

As a Security Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and service users while delivering a professional and customer-focused security service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control access to the probation office and monitor all visitors entering the premises.
• Carry out mandatory wand searches on all individuals, including members of the public and staff.
• Monitor CCTV systems and maintain site security throughout your shift.
• Respond professionally to incidents and use conflict resolution techniques where required.
• Provide a calm, professional, and visible security presence at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid SIA Licence (essential).
• Valid DBS check.
• Comfortable carrying out mandatory security searches using a handheld wand detector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to commit to all scheduled shifts without exception (shift swaps or changes are not permitted).
• Willingness to complete all mandatory client training before deployment.

Shift Pattern:

• Monday, Thursday & Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
