Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Aberystwyth. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Patrol designated areas to monitor for suspicious activities or breaches of security protocols
• Control access to the premises and restrict entry to authorized personnel only
• Monitor security cameras and respond promptly to any incidents or alarms
• Conduct security checks on vehicles and individuals entering the premises
• Report any security concerns or incidents to management immediately
• Adhere to all company security policies and procedures
• Maintain logs and records of all security-related activities
• Provide support to other security personnel and assist with emergency situations

Qualifications

• SIA-approved Security Officer License
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Proficient in using security equipment and technology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to perform security duties for extended periods
