EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, observation, and problem-solving skills to effectively protect our premises and personnel.

 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol the assigned area to ensure the safety and security of property, personnel, and visitors
• Conduct thorough inspections of the premises and report any suspicious activities or security breaches
• Control access to authorized areas and screen visitors
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assess the situation, and take appropriate action
• Maintain detailed records of all incidents and activities
• Enforce company policies and procedures related to security
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to employees, visitors, and contractors
• Conduct regular safety and security audits
• Maintain knowledge of security best practices and industry regulations

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a security officer in a similar setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent observation and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with security systems and equipment
• Basic computer literacy
• Working knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
• Valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) license or equivalent
• Physical fitness to perform patrol duties and respond to emergencies
• Flexible and able to work irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays
