Description Overview:
EarnFlex Ltd., a leading provider of financial services, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to protect and secure its workplace in Arminghall, Norwich. The ideal candidate will possess strong physical presence, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol the workplace premises to ensure safety and security
- Respond promptly to alarms and security breaches
- Inspect and secure access points and ensure proper operation of security equipment
- Control access to the facility, check identification, and issue visitor badges
- Conduct background checks and maintain security records
- Provide customer service and assist employees and visitors as needed
- Report all security-related incidents and maintain accurate documentation
- Comply with all workplace security policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Security Industry Authority (SIA) license or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security officer role
- Excellent physical fitness and ability to perform demanding physical tasks
- Strong observational and detail-oriented skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in operating security equipment and technology
- Understanding of law enforcement procedures and emergency response protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
