Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team at our Aultbea site. This role is responsible for safeguarding the premises and personnel, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and responding effectively to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol designated areas, including building entrances, exits, and perimeter
• Conduct access control procedures, verifying identities and granting/denying entry
• Respond promptly to security incidents, including alarms, unauthorized access attempts, and suspicious activities
• Escort visitors and employees as needed
• Observe and report any suspicious or irregular behavior
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Conduct regular security audits and inspections
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained security area
• Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and employees
• Report incidents and prepare written reports as necessary
• Stay up-to-date on security best practices and technologies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Security Officer with a strong track record of success
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Physical fitness and ability to work in a demanding environment
• Basic knowledge of security systems and protocols
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Clean criminal record and a valid driving license
