Description Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Aylsham, Norwich, UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing comprehensive security services and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access and activity
- Conduct regular inspections of premises, equipment, and systems
- Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Conduct access control, including checking identification and granting or denying entry
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date security logs and documentation
- Report any incidents or suspicious activities to supervisors
- Provide customer service and assist with visitor management
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar environment
- Strong knowledge of security principles and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness and ability to maintain prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Valid UK Security Industry Authority (SIA) license or equivalent is highly desirable
- First Aid certification is an advantage
