Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and professional Full-time Security Officer to join their team in Banchory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our workplace and safeguarding our employees, assets, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce security protocols and procedures
• Control access to restricted areas and screen visitors
• Conduct routine patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate potential security risks
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
• Operate security systems, including surveillance cameras and access control
• Report suspicious activities, incidents, and security breaches to management
• Collaborate with law enforcement and other emergency services as necessary
• Provide customer service and assist employees and visitors with security-related inquiries

Qualifications

• SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a security officer in a similar environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in operating security systems
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• First aid training preferred
