Job Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Bibury, UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security principles and procedures, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure the safety and security of property and personnel
- Conduct regular security checks and inspections of premises, equipment, and systems
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, following established protocols
- Enforce security policies and procedures, including access control and visitor management
- Maintain accurate security logs and reports, including incident and patrol reports
- Conduct routine security inspections of vehicles and packages entering or leaving premises
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and visitors to resolve security concerns and maintain a professional rapport
- Provide customer service and support to ensure a positive and secure environment
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar environment
- Proficient in security principles and procedures, including access control, surveillance, and emergency response
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of people
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical fitness and agility required for patrolling and responding to emergencies
- SIA Security Officer License (or equivalent)
- First Aid Certification preferred
