EarnFlex Ltd. is looking for a reliable and professional Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Birmingham. This position involves night shift work and is well suited to experienced security professionals who are committed to maintaining safety and providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

Patrolling and monitoring the premises, both inside and outside the building
Managing access control at entrances and exits, carrying out searches when required
Responding quickly to alarms, incidents and emergencies
Enforcing company security policies and ensuring legal compliance
Operating CCTV and other security equipment, reporting faults as necessary
Recording and reporting incidents clearly and accurately
Assisting with evacuation and emergency procedures
Providing professional customer service to staff, visitors and contractors

Requirements
Previous experience as a Security Officer (minimum three years preferred)
Valid SIA licence, or willingness to obtain one within one month of starting
Good communication, observation and interpersonal skills
Physically fit and able to work night shifts and long hours when required
First Aid or CPR certification is an advantage
