Job Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Bixley, Norwich. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to detect suspicious activity or unauthorized entry
- Enforce company policies and procedures, including access control and visitor management
- Respond to security incidents, including fire, medical emergencies, and theft
- Conduct investigations and document findings in incident reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement and other emergency services as needed
- Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV cameras and alarm systems
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with visitors and employees
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- SIA Security Officer License (or ability to obtain one)
- 2+ years of experience as a Security Officer
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observational skills
- Physical fitness and ability to work in an outdoor environment
- Understanding of security systems and protocols
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clean criminal record
