Bolton Security Officer Job Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to provide comprehensive security services at our premises in Bolton. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of security principles, protocols, and emergency procedures.
Security Officer Job Responsibilities in Bolton
- Monitor and control access to the premises, including conducting identity checks, screening visitors, and issuing passes
- Patrol the site perimeter and interior to detect and prevent security breaches
- Respond to alarms, suspicious activity, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
- Report any incidents or suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation related to security activities
- Provide customer service to visitors and employees
- Support other security personnel as needed
Security Officer Required Job Qualifications
- SIA-approved security license (preferable)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer in a corporate or similar environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain alert, vigilant, and calm under pressure
- Strong physical fitness and ability to perform extended periods of standing and walking
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and other security technologies
- Proficient in the use of radio communications
