Job Overview:
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join their team at their Bramford location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the site, its personnel, and assets.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the site, both indoors and outdoors
- Monitor security cameras and access control systems
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies
- Enforce company security policies and procedures
- Greet visitors and ensure proper authorization
- Lock and unlock doors and gates as necessary
- Maintain accurate incident and activity logs
- Report any suspicious activities or incidents
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 2+ years of experience as a security officer, preferably in a similar industry setting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Proficiency in using security equipment and systems
- Valid SIA license or willingness to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe
- Experience with first aid and emergency response procedures preferred
- Physical fitness sufficient to perform patrols and respond to emergencies
