Overview:
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Brixton. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and secure property entrances and exits
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises
- Respond to security breaches and emergencies
- Control access to restricted areas
- Use surveillance equipment and alarm systems
- Report suspicious activity and incidents
- Maintain accurate security logs
- Assist with investigations and provide statements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations
Qualifications:
- SIA license (Level 2 or above)
- Experience in a security role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical fitness and stamina
- Ability to handle potentially confrontational situations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- First Aid certification preferred
