Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and responsible Full Time Security Officer to join its team in Buntingford SG9. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional security services and a strong understanding of the security industry.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol premises to ensure security and safety
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and suspicious activities
- Perform access control and ID verification procedures
- Conduct regular security checks and inspections
- Report and document any security breaches or suspicious activities
- Enforce company security policies and procedures
- Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services as needed
- Provide customer service and assistance to visitors and staff
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and activities
Qualifications
- Certified Security Guard License (SIA)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong physical fitness and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of physical security systems, such as CCTV and access control
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Professional demeanor and a commitment to providing high-quality security services
