Job Overview:
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Carlisle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor the assigned premises, both indoors and outdoors
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms
- Conduct regular inspections of security systems, equipment, and access points
- Enforce company security policies and procedures
- Interrogate suspects, investigate incidents, and collect evidence
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all security-related activities
- Provide customer service and assistance to employees and visitors
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as required
Qualifications:
- SIA (Security Industry Authority) Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) Level 2 or equivalent certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security role
- Excellent physical fitness and the ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology
- Ability to remain calm and collected under pressure
- Clean criminal record
