Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Castlederg. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Patrol designated areas to ensure safety and security
• Monitor surveillance cameras and respond to any suspicious activity
• Control access to buildings and enforce security protocols
• Screen visitors and employees
• Conduct security checks and inspections
• Document and report any security incidents
• Train and supervise new security staff
• Maintain and inspect security equipment
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services
• Adhere to all safety and security policies and procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• SIA Security Officer Licence (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security officer role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to observe and report security risks
• Physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
