Description Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Chelmsford, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure and safe work environment for our employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol designated areas, including building perimeters, entrances and exits
- Control access to the premises and screen visitors
- Conduct security checks and respond to alarms and emergencies
- Maintain and operate security systems, including CCTV cameras and access control systems
- Report suspicious activities or incidents to management and authorities
- Enforce company security policies and procedures
- Assist with crowd control and event security as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of relevant security experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy
