Description & Overview:
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a diligent Full-Time Security Officer to safeguard its premises in Claydon. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, monitoring security systems, and responding promptly to incidents.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor security cameras, access control systems, and other surveillance equipment
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and deter unauthorized activities
- Respond swiftly and effectively to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
- Enforce security policies and procedures, including access control and visitor management
- Conduct security risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvements
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all security incidents and activities
- Provide customer service to visitors and employees
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders as necessary
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or a related field
- Excellent physical and mental fitness
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using security equipment and technology
- SIA (Security Industry Authority) certification or equivalent desirable
- First Aid certification preferred
