Description:
EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and vigilant Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Coalville. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding the premises, assets, and personnel of our organization.
Overview:
- Report to the Security Manager
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment for employees and visitors
- Protect property and equipment from theft, vandalism, and damage
- Ensure compliance with all applicable security policies and procedures
- Collaborate with law enforcement and other emergency services as required
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both interior and exterior
- Monitor security cameras and access control systems
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
- Perform access control duties, including checking identification and granting/denying entry
- Provide assistance to employees and visitors as needed
- Document and report security incidents and suspicious activities
- Stay abreast of the latest security trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant security experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology
- Strong physical fitness and ability to work independently
- Possession of a valid security license (SIA) is desirable
- First aid certification is preferred
