Full time Security Officer in Copeland

Job Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team at our Moor Row, CA24 3JZ location. The ideal applicant will have a thorough awareness of security standards and best practices, as well as a strong commitment to keeping the environment safe and secure.
 

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor security cameras and access control systems.
2. Conduct routine patrols on the premises and adjacent regions.
3. Respond quickly to alerts and security problems.
4. Conduct security checks on visitors and vehicles.
5. Enforce the company's security rules and procedures
6. Report any suspicious activity or incidents to management.
7. Assist with crowd control and emergencies.
8. Keep proper records and documentation.
9. Cooperate with other security professionals and law enforcement agencies.

Qualifications:
 

1. SIA licence or a comparable security certificate
2. Requirements include a minimum of 3 years of full-time security experience and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Requirements include physical fitness, autonomous and teamwork skills, attention to detail, and precise directions.
4. Knowledge of security equipment and technologies.
5. Experience in incident reporting and documentation.
    

Additional Qualifications:

• First Aid certification
• Customer service experience
• Training in conflict resolution or de-escalation techniques
• Computer literacy
