Description Overview:
EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Corby. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor security systems (e.g., CCTV cameras, access control) and respond promptly to incidents
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both internally and externally
- Enforce security protocols and procedures
- Screen and control access to the premises, checking identification and authorizations
- Respond to emergencies and evacuate personnel as necessary
- Report security breaches, suspicious activities, and accidents promptly to management
- Maintain a record of all security incidents and activities
- Undergo regular training to stay up-to-date on security best practices
Qualifications:
- SIA Security Officer License or equivalent certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness and ability to respond quickly to emergencies
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Familiarity with security equipment and technology
