Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Corsham, UK. The Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and employees.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain security protocols and procedures
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises and surrounding areas
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
- Control access to the premises and verify identification
- Record and report security-related incidents
- Assist with investigations and provide witness statements
- Conduct security inspections and audits
- Maintain security equipment such as CCTV cameras and access control systems
- Collaborate with law enforcement and other emergency services as needed
- Follow all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security officer role
- Physical fitness and ability to perform physical tasks
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observation skills
- Experience with security equipment and technology
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid UK Security Industry Authority (SIA) license
