EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure buildings, grounds, and assets
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections
- Respond to alarms and emergencies
- Maintain security equipment and systems
- Enforce security policies and procedures
- Greet and screen visitors
- Write and maintain security reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement and other external agencies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a security role
- Certification in security best practices (e.g., SIA, NC4)
- Excellent physical condition and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clean background and security clearance
