Job Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Coventry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and staff.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol the premises using CCTV, access control systems, and regular physical patrols
- Respond to security incidents, including trespassers, medical emergencies, and fire alarms
- Conduct investigations and compile reports on security breaches or suspicious activities
- Enforce company security policies and procedures
- Maintain security equipment and systems
- Provide customer service and assistance to visitors and staff
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed
- Participate in security training and drills
Qualifications
- SIA-approved Security Officer license
- Proven experience in a security role within a commercial or industrial setting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness and ability to work extended hours and shifts
- Knowledge of security systems and procedures
- Previous experience in CCTV monitoring is desirable
