Job Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and vigilant Full Time Security Officer for our Cricklade site. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, security, and overall well-being of our premises, patrons, and staff.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure the designated area, including patrolling the site, inspecting vehicles and visitors
- Control access to authorized personnel and vehicles
- Respond to security incidents promptly, effectively, and in accordance with established protocols
- Conduct loss prevention rounds and report any suspicious activities or potential hazards
- Assist in the investigation of security incidents and provide witness statements
- Maintain open communication with management and other security staff
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
- Stay updated on industry best practices and security technologies
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a security officer role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness and alertness to work in a demanding environment
- Proficiency in the use of security equipment and technology, including CCTV systems
- Detail-oriented, observant, and highly attentive to potential risks
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and professionalism
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and integrity
