Job Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Dursley, Gloucestershire. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises and personnel.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to buildings and premises
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of designated areas
- Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms
- Investigate suspicious activities and report findings to appropriate authorities
- Enforce company security policies and procedures
- Provide information and assistance to visitors, employees, and contractors
- Operate and maintain security equipment, including cameras, alarms, and access control systems
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of security-related activities
Qualifications
- SIA Close Protection or Door Supervisor License preferred
- Proven experience in a security role for at least 2 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong physical fitness and ability to work extended hours
- Attention to detail and keen observation skills
- Proficiency in using security equipment and technology
- Clean criminal record
