Overview:
EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of its facility and personnel in Enfield, UK.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor security cameras, conduct surveillance patrols, and respond to alarms
- Enforce company policies and procedures, including access control and incident reporting
- Perform thorough security checks of employees, visitors, and contractors
- Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for any suspicious activity or potential hazards
- Control and monitor pedestrian and vehicular traffic within the facility
- Provide immediate assistance and support to employees or visitors in emergency situations
- Prepare and maintain security reports, incident logs, and other relevant documentation
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and security agencies as needed
- Attend security training programs and stay updated on best practices
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a security role is essential
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Physical fitness and agility to perform patrols and respond to emergencies
- Valid driving license is a plus
- Security industry certifications (e.g., SIA) are desirable
