Full Time Security Officer in Fakenham

Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Fakenham. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to company premises
• Patrol designated areas, both inside and outside
• Respond to security incidents, disturbances, and emergencies
• Conduct security checks and searches, as authorized
• Monitor and report on security breaches or suspicious activities
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company security protocols
• Collaborate with law enforcement and other emergency services when necessary
• Maintain effective communication with colleagues, supervisors, and clients
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of security equipment
• Participate in training and drills to stay up-to-date on security best practices

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant security experience
• SIA license or equivalent security certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical fitness and ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Detail-oriented and observant with strong situational awareness
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Proficiency in using security equipment and technology
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
