Full time Security Officer in Fionnphort

Description Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to provide comprehensive security services at our Fionnphort site on the Isle of Mull.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure the safety and security of employees, assets, and visitors
• Control access to restricted areas and enforce security protocols
• Conduct thorough security checks and inspections of vehicles, individuals, and equipment
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, including fires, intrusions, and medical issues
• Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports
• Conduct regular security audits and recommend improvements to security measures
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and other emergency services as needed
• Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and policies

Qualifications:

• SIA Security Officer License (Level 2 or higher)
• Proven experience in a security role within a commercial or industrial setting
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions precisely
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of security equipment and technologies
• Valid UK driving license
