Job Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Fiskerton, Southwell. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for our premises and safeguarding our assets.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol designated areas, deterring and reporting suspicious activities
- Conduct thorough security checks of personnel, vehicles, and packages
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
- Maintain and operate security surveillance systems (e.g., CCTV, access control)
- Enforce company security policies and procedures
- Coordinate with law enforcement and other emergency services as needed
- Document and report security incidents and observations
- Provide customer service and assist visitors as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in a security role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in the use of security equipment and surveillance systems
- Valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) license
- Current first aid and CPR certification
- Clean criminal record
