Overview:
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Frome. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol designated areas, both interior and exterior
- Respond to security incidents, including alarms, suspicious activity, and threats
- Enforce security policies and procedures
- Perform identity checks and access control
- Conduct regular safety inspections
- Maintain logs and documentation related to security incidents and activities
- Report any unusual occurrences or safety hazards
- Assist with the evacuation of personnel in emergency situations
- Cooperate with law enforcement and emergency responders
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security role
- Excellent physical fitness and agility
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with security equipment and technology
- Clean criminal record and satisfactory background check
