Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Fyfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to the premises
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly
- Investigate security breaches and report findings
- Lock and unlock doors and windows
- Operate security systems, including CCTV cameras and alarm systems
- Conduct risk assessments and implement security measures
- Maintain accurate security records
- Work closely with other security personnel and local authorities
- Adhere to all security protocols and procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- SIA-approved security license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observation skills
- Strong physical presence and fitness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using security equipment and systems
- Knowledge of security laws and regulations
- First aid certification preferred
