Job Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Gamlingay, Sandy SG19, UK.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets
- Conduct access control checks and enforce security protocols
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents
- Report any suspicious activities or potential threats to management
- Maintain detailed logs and documentation of all security operations
- Perform routine inspections of security systems and equipment
- Adhere to established safety and security procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and assist visitors and staff as needed
Qualifications
- SIA License (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in a security role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong observation and attention to detail
- Physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions
- Knowledge of security systems and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Trustworthy and reliable with a proven track record of integrity
