Full time Security Officer in Glasgow

Description Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Glasgow, UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel at our office located at G2 6PE.

 

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the building and restricted areas
• Perform regular patrols of the premises to detect any suspicious activity or hazards
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Inspect vehicles and individuals entering or leaving the building
• Report any unusual observations or security concerns to management
• Maintain a detailed log of all security-related activities
• Assist with investigations as required by law enforcement or other authorized personnel
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times

 

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer in a corporate environment
• SIA or equivalent security license (or working towards it)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong observation, detection, and reporting abilities
• Proficiency in CCTV monitoring and operation
• Knowledge of fire safety and emergency protocols
• First-aid certification (or working towards it)
• Physical fitness to perform regular patrols and respond to emergencies
