Description Overview:
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and professional Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Glemsford. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of employees, visitors, and company assets.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both indoors and outdoors
- Monitor security camera feeds and respond promptly to any suspicious activity
- Enforce company security policies and procedures
- Provide access control and manage visitor entry and exit
- Conduct security screenings and bag searches
- Assist in emergency situations, such as evacuations and medical emergencies
- Report security incidents and maintain detailed records
- Perform general security-related tasks as assigned
- Stay informed about industry best practices and security trends
- Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Security Officer in a similar environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Physical fitness and ability to work long hours in a standing position
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Proficient in the use of security equipment, such as cameras, access control systems, and radios
- Clean criminal record
- First Aid certification (desirable)
- CCTV Operator certification (desirable)
