Full time Security Officer in Glencoe

Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Glencoe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of people and property at our site.

 

Responsibilities

• Conduct site patrols to monitor access and prevent unauthorized entry
• Inspect and secure doors, windows, and other access points
• Conduct random searches of visitors' vehicles and personal belongings
• Monitor surveillance cameras and respond to alarms
• Communicate with law enforcement, fire department, and other emergency responders as needed
• Report suspicious activity or incidents to management
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Provide assistance to employees and visitors during emergencies
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of security incidents

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in a security role
• Strong physical presence and fitness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology
• Basic computer literacy
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
